The Zimbabwe Schools Examination Council (ZIMSEC) has officially released the results for the November 2023 Ordinary Level examinations. Candidates eagerly awaiting their results can access them from the online portal starting at 3 PM today.
The announcement was made by the ZIMSEC Board chairperson at 12:00 PM today, indicating the significance of this educational milestone.
However, ZIMSEC has issued a cautionary note to all 2023 Ordinary Level examination candidates. Logging into the portal before the designated time of 3 PM may result in their accounts being halted by the system. The official ZIMSEC Public Relations Twitter account @ZimsecPR reiterated this warning, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the specified time.
“The results portal will be available at 15:00 HRS. Please DO NOT try and log into the portal before that time, as you risk having your account halted by the system,” stated ZIMSEC on its various social media platforms.
Adding to the excitement, ZIMSEC board chairperson, Professor Eddie Mwenje, shared some positive news regarding the performance of candidates. This year’s pass rate has witnessed a commendable improvement of more than 4 percent compared to the 2022 results. Professor Mwenje’s disclosure reflects the dedication and efforts put forth by students and educators alike.
