Patrick Shai’s wife

Patrick Shai’s wife has opened up about the struggles she has been facing since her husband’s death. Speaking at the celebration of Sello and Pearl Maake KaNcube’s first wedding anniversary, she shared her experiences as a widow.

She expressed that the loss of Patrick, who was not only her husband but also her best friend and the father of her children, has been devastating for their family. His children and grandchildren are still unaware of the circumstances surrounding his death.

She expressed missing the small things about Patrick, such as his mischievous smile and his love for cooking. She also addressed the stigma faced by widows and highlighted the importance of allowing each woman to mourn in her own way.

In recent developments, it has been alleged that Patrick Shai’s wife was unfaithful. Reports suggest that Shai’s family and his widow, Masechaba Shai, are in conflict due to accusations of infidelity. Masechaba has vehemently denied the claims that she cheated on him with a doctor.

The family plans to conduct DNA testing to confirm the paternity of their children. Text messages accusing Masechaba of infidelity have surfaced, with her son suggesting that the affair began shortly before Patrick’s death.
