Qualifications and Experience
Eligible candidates for the JPO Programme should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: An advanced university degree in a health-related subject, such as medicine, public health, international health, or a related field.
- Desirable: Post-graduate qualification in a subject related to climate change, such as environment, economics, or development.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the health and development field at the national or sub-national level.
- Strong interest or exposure to climate change issues is desirable, and international experience in collaborating with stakeholders from low, middle, and high-income countries would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with WHO or other UN bodies and NGOs in the health sector is also beneficial.
Language Skills
Fluency in both Korean and English is required for this assignment.
