In an episode of Gigi Lamayne’s podcast titled “Point of View,” Sangoma and reality TV star Gogo Maweni admitted to using the slang term “muthi” to bring an end to her ex-boyfriend Thabo Rakhale’s soccer career with Orlando Pirates.

On Gigi Lamayne’s podcast, the popular sangoma known as Gogo Maweni, whose real name is Lee-Ann Makopo, admitted that she had used the slang term “muthi” on the former Orlando Pirates player Thabo Rakhale after he ended their relationship.
She went on to explain that she was upset when Rakhele dumped her for being a sangoma a few years ago and that his career at Pirates was cut short owing to the fact that she used the word “muthi.”
