While it has not been confirmed that Mkhwanazi is in fact married, rumors have it that she has already moved on and claims she simply couldn’t wait any longer to start a new chapter in her life.

Sakhile “Killer Kau” Hlatshwayo, a prominent figure in the Amapiano music scene, would have turned 24 years old today if he hadn’t been killed in a car crash that also took the lives of five other people.

Three promising young musicians, Khanya “The Voice” Hadebe, DJ Thando Tot, and TD, were all murdered in the accident.

Robot Boii, Olwethu Mkhwanazi, and many others sent birthday greetings to Kau in paradise from their hearts.

On Unpacked with Relebogile Mabotja, Peloyame Segatle, a friend of “The Voice,” discussed the tragic catastrophe that took the lives of six people.

The loss of everyone I was with that night, including the person we collided with (may their souls rest in peace), was the hardest thing for me to take. It hurts so much that nobody on Earth knows what happened to me that night.

After posting a video of his song to the TL, Killer Kau quickly became a viral sensation. DJ Euphonik saw him perform on Twitter and decided to mentor him. Once Tholukuthi Hey went viral, Killer Kau was a familiar sight on South African television, and his rich baritone voice was frequently played on the radio.

Later, he published a number of albums with music, including the massive hit, Amaneighbour.

In 2017, after discovering Killer Kau and Mbali, Euphonik spoke with delight about their careers to TshisaLIVE.

We’re also putting together a concert for this weekend at Icon in Soweto, and I’ve been messaging my DJ pals to see if any of them can make it out to play,” Euphonik said.

I was sincere in my assessment that the song was excellent. I believe in giving new talent a chance, so I gave these boys a shot when they could have remained a viral video on Twitter otherwise. I’m not trying to toot my own trumpet by saying this, but when no one else would, I took a chance on them,” Euphonik explained.
