Your Role
As an HR Intern at Sanlam, you’ll be part of our efforts to enhance our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising vacancies across various platforms.
- Shortlisting CVs from diverse channels, including MyWorkspace, referrals, and job portals.
- Identifying potential candidates for Sales Consultant roles.
- Conducting pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinating interview schedules and interview packs.
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new employees.
- Supporting digitalization efforts by archiving old interview packs.
Qualifications and Skills
- A completed HR degree or BComm Industrial Psychology degree.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook) and IT/systems operations.
- Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry and Product Knowledge.
