Your Role

As an HR Intern at Sanlam, you’ll be part of our efforts to enhance our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising vacancies across various platforms.
  • Shortlisting CVs from diverse channels, including MyWorkspace, referrals, and job portals.
  • Identifying potential candidates for Sales Consultant roles.
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and interview packs.
  • Assisting with onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Supporting digitalization efforts by archiving old interview packs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A completed HR degree or BComm Industrial Psychology degree.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook) and IT/systems operations.
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry and Product Knowledge.
