Fred’s ABWA introduces new dairy products on the market.ABWA, a local investment promotion led by tycoon businesswoman Dr Fred Shamiso has introduced a number of dairy products on the market. This initiative is set to promote local content in fulfilment towards vision 2030.

The products have set a new tone of business across the market with many strategic partners calling for Government to support such an ideal local project which is set to benefit the Government in tax obligation and creation of employment.

ABWA which bounced back on the market attracting both local and foreign investors has introduced a number of dairy products which targets regional markets.

This initiative is set to create employment of over 5000 local personnel, and the products will increase domestic investments with a number of local investors participating in the initiative.

This is set boost local markets and tourism sector with a number of tourists favouring the product. Fred who hit headlines in 2021 for introducing the Association of women empowerment and networking known as ABWA which empowered many women and young people in rural areas.

The project benefitted a number of rural people, particularly the old age and marginalized communities. One of the communities which benefitted much is Domboshava, which is located in the southern part of Harare, were a number of boreholes were drilled, assisting to set up a new medical facility, purchasing an ambulance, and paying school fees for local children, and feeding the community with a number of dairy products.

Domboshava community hailed Fred’s project which has built relationships in Domboshava and facilitating inputs for local farmers who were already abandoning commercial farming.

ABWA project which is line with President Mnangagwa’s vision 2030 agenda of ensuring that locals are empowered and helping women who are disadvantaged in different parts of the country.

Despite some setbacks, Fred has survived under harsh conditions, and remained focused and committed on building the project.

ABWA which has gained huge traction on the market is expected to rebrand to increase market share, penetrate the market, and build partnerships to promote domestic and foreign investments.

A number of representatives from different entities were seen on ABWA premises, with a number of agreements to be signed to search for new markets and expansion of the project.
